Head Start Classroom Substitutes: On call positions available in the Chatham, Hudson, Philmont, Valatie, and Taconic Hills classrooms. Assist the classroom team with children’s activities, planning and record keeping when regular classroom staff are not available. Must enjoy working with children! Up to 7 hours per day during the school year. High School Diploma Required, clean NYS Driver’s License is desirable. Now offering paid sick leave and holiday pay! Pay rate: $14.04/hour and as of December 31, 2022 $14.40/hour.
Sub trainings are held throughout the school year.
